Fully torn down to the studs and renovated, upgrades include: new kitchens, bathrooms, scrape popcorn ceiling and added W/D and private yards to each unit. The lot allowed for an ADU unit to be added to it and SHD, LLC went through the process to get a 2 bed/2 bath 820 S.F. unit permiFed for the front yard. This held up the sale of the property but made it worth the wait. The property was sold with fully renovated units and permiFed plans to add an ADU.
